This house was built as a vacation rental to fit the needs of people on vacation. It is in a quiet neighborhood with a short walk to Minerva Lake, a great place for kids to spend the day.

Minerva is an easy drive from I-87 and is between Lake George and Lake Placid. We have easy access to Gore Mountain, Schroon Lake, North Creek areas. The large first floor bedroom has it's own entrance off the deck and was designed to accommodate a person in a chair.

This suite has a small kitchen and large bathroom with roll in shower. Each bedroom has a private full bath. Built in 2007, everything is new.

Located in the heart of the Adirondack Mountain Region The Minerva House is a "Box of Sunshine" ready for the vacation seeker.

Minerva Lake is a short walk on a country road with public beach, life guard, playground and summer activities for children.
